Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt in medium mixing bowl.
Combine buttermilk and eggs, then slowly stir into dry ingredients.
Add melted butter.
Mix lightly.
Batter will be lumpy.
Yields 18 (4-inch) pancakes.
