Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick melted margarine
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Mix sugar and eggs; beat well.
    Add vinegar and vanilla; blend.
    Add margarine and coconut.
    Place in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
