Carrot And Raisin Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, shredded
    1/2 c. raisins
    2/3 c. diced celery
    3 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. pineapple juice
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Shred carrots (set aside).
    Combine raisins, celery, pineapple juice, mayonnaise, salt and sugar.
    Pour over shredded carrots and mix thoroughly.
    Serves 6 to 8.
