Fruit Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. whipping cream
    1/3 c. sugar
    6 egg yolks, beaten
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat cream over medium heat until it bubbles around the edge. Mix sugar and egg yolks; stir in cream until it gets thick, 10 to 15 minutes and don't let it boil!
    Stir in vanilla after it cools.
