Gringo Burrito - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef (or turkey for low-fat)
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
    salt and pepper
    soft flour
    1 c. picante sauce
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    10 to 12 tortillas
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion together with salt and pepper.
    Drain off grease.
    Add picante sauce and soup.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    May add splash of milk to thin out mixture.
    Spoon meat into tortillas and roll up.
    Place in dish.
    Spoon remaining meat over the top and cover with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 20 minutes.
