Double Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. Crisco shortening
    5 Tbsp. cold water
    2 sheets wax paper
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and shortening in a medium bowl.
    Add water until dough forms a ball.
    Divide into two equal parts.
    Roll it between two sheets of wax paper on a damp countertop.
    Remove from wax paper and place into 9-inch pie pan.
    Trim the edges off. Next, moisten pie crust and add your choice of filling.
    Place the other crust on top of filling, folding the edge under the bottom crust.
    Cut slits in top crust for steam to escape.
