Hunt'S Hamburger Skillet Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 egg
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 large onion, quartered
    4 carrots, cut into 1-inch slices
    2 potatoes, quartered
    1 pkg. frozen green beans
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Combine beef, bread crumbs, chopped onion, egg, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 cup tomato sauce.
    Shape into 16 balls.
    Brown in oil in skillet.
    Add vegetables, water and 1 teaspoon salt.
    Pour over remaining tomato sauce.
    Cover and simmer one hour, stirring occasionally.
    Remove 1/2 cup stew sauce and mix with flour.
    Gradually pour into stew and stir over low heat until gravy thickens.
    Makes 4 servings.
