Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 double crust
2 c. sliced apples
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. flour
4 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Prepare bottom crust and fill with tart cooking apples, sliced very thinly and sprinkle sugar over them.
Add water.
Distribute butter in small lumps over surface; sprinkle with flour and then the cinnamon.
Adjust top crust, well perforated.
Bake in moderate oven.
If preferred, top crust may be made of latticed strips.
