Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed to remove excess moisture
    1 c. grated white Cheddar cheese or other white, tangy cheese
    1 c. sour cream*
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 tsp. minced onions
    2 tsp. fresh-squeezed lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Heat either in a microwave-safe dish in a microwave on High power for 2 minutes or in a heavy saucepan over low heat until warm.
    Serve with chips. Makes 3 cups.
