Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken, cubed
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can chunk pineapple (reserve juice)
    1 (10 oz.) box frozen broccoli
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. allspice or any other spices you like
Preparation
    Brown chicken in large skillet sprayed with Pam over medium heat.
    Next, brown the onion and mushrooms.
    Add the broccoli and cook, covered, until broccoli is tender.
    Mix the cornstarch, soy sauce, brown sugar, pineapple, vinegar, spices and pineapple juice with water to make 1 cup.
    Pour over chicken, onion, mushrooms and broccoli.
    Bring to boil, then simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Serve over cooked instant brown rice.
