Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    1 medium onion, chopped
    6 oz. low-fat, small curd cottage cheese
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 small box Jiffy corn bread mix
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Add dry corn bread mix.
    Spray 11 x 9-inch glass pan with Pam.
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.
