Bami (Indonesia) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

peanut oil
sesame oil
garlic
ginger
meat (pork, chicken, shrimp)
fresh vegetables (bean sprouts, carrots, bokchow, green onions, pea pods)
Ketjap Medja (thick soy sauce-like product)
chuka soba noodles or can substitute thin spaghetti
Preparation

In a wok heat 3 tablespoons oil (2 peanut and 1 sesame oil). Add 4 to 6 pressed garlic and 1 tablespoon ginger.
Add meat and brown.
