Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. paste shortening or oil
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3 ripe bananas
    2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream shortening.
    Add sugar, eggs and mashed bananas.
    Beat 1 minute.
    Sift together flour, soda and salt.
    Mix until blended. Fold in nuts. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
