Chicken With Blue Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 small pieces boneless chicken
    salt and pepper to taste
    flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. half and half
    2/3 c. crumbled Blue cheese or Stella Gorgonrda
Preparation
    Roll chicken lightly in flour and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Place enough butter in a nonstick skillet to brown chicken.
    When chicken is browned, remove from pan and leave grease.
    On lowered heat, add 2 tablespoons more butter.
    Add cream and stir with a wooden spoon until mixed with butter. Crumble in Blue cheese.
    Pour over chicken.
    If you would like, use chicken strips and put on boiled pasta; then pour sauce over.
