Fat-Free Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. egg whites
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 c. sifted flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. flavoring
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until foamy.
    Add cream of tartar; beat until stiff but not dry.
    Mix flour and sugar together; add to egg whites.
    Put flavoring in.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Turn oven off; leave cake in for 10 minutes longer.
