Egg Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg yolks
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
    1/2 stick butter
    1 deep dish pie crust
Preparation
    Cream the egg yolks and sugar.
    Add flour and blend.
    Add milk.
    Pour into saucepan or double boiler.
    Add softened butter. Cook over medium heat and stir until butter is melted.
    Pour into the unbaked pie crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
