Brandied Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. fresh carrots, quartered and cut into 3 1/2-inch strips
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/4 c. brandy or orange juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Place carrot strips in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan or covered glass baking dish.
    Stir together butter, brandy, sugar and salt and pour over carrots.
    Cover and bake 40 minutes.
