Caramel Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag light caramels
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 pkg. German sweet chocolate cake mix
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 c. melted butter
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    In a double boiler, melt the light caramels with 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
    Mix the cake mix, 1/3 cup evaporated milk, melted butter and chopped pecans in a large bowl.
    Pat 1/2 cake mixture into a 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan.
    Bake for 6 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Remove from oven; sprinkle with the chocolate chips.
    Spread caramel mixture, then crumble the remaining cake mixture over.
    Bake 15 to 18 minutes more.
    Cool to set caramel layer.
    Cut.
