Italian Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Beef roast
    garlic cloves
    dried parsley
    salt, pepper
    dried onion soup mix
    dried oregano
    flour
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare roast by placing slits in fat and inserting a peeled garlic clove into each slit. Sprinkle dried parsley and salt and pepper on fat side of the roast. Place in a roasting pan fat side up with about 1/2 inch of water. Roast uncovered until medium rare.
