Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can creamed corn
    1 can kernel corn (optional)
    1 to 2 eggs or equivalent egg substitute
    1 stick light margarine, melted
    1 box Jiffy cornbread (small box)
Preparation
    Combine corn, margarine and eggs. Add cornbread mix. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes prior to serving. Serves 4 or 5.
