Ingredients

2/3 c. dried apricots
1 1/2 c. apple or pineapple juice
2/3 c. soft dates, chopped
Preparation

Soak apricots overnight in juice.
Bring to a boil and simmer in juice until soft or just tender.
Whiz all ingredients in blender.
Serve on toast, waffles, etc.
Store in refrigerator.
