Jack'S Diabetic Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 egg whites
1/2 c. skim milk
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. bran cereal
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 orange with rind, diced
4 apples
4 bananas
4 c. carrots
1 c. pecans

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Mix the egg whites, milk, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla in blender.
Add orange, rind and cereal; mix well.
Grind apples, bananas and carrots in blender.
Mix with cereal mixture.
Add nuts.
Bake for 30 minutes.
