Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3 1/3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. Mazola oil
    2/3 c. water
    2 c. canned pumpkin (1 lb.)
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Sift together once the flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, sugar and soda.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Beat at medium speed with mixer for 2 minutes.
    Grease and flour 3 coffee cans.
    Fill each 1/2 full.
    Place cans on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
