Chili Sauce For Hot Dogs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. ground mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) bottle catsup
    2 tsp. salt
    3 medium onions, chopped fine
    1 tsp. red hot sauce (or to suit taste)
    2 Tbsp. chili powder (or to suit taste)
Preparation
    Mix everything together except chili powder.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until thick.
    Cover and simmer for 2 hours.
    Add chili powder and cook a few minutes longer.
    Can be frozen.
