Shrimp Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes, cooked, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
    1 lb. cooked shrimp
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    3 green onions, chopped (including tops)
    1/2 c. cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
    3 sweet pickles, chopped
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 c. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a large bowl combine the first 8 ingredients.
    In a small bowl mix together mayonnaise and lemon juice.
    Add to potato mixture.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
    Serves 8 to 10.
