Summer Sausage-Polish Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lbs. ground beef
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion salt
2 Tbsp. Tender Quick salt
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. water
Preparation

Mix liquid smoke in water.
Add other ingredients and mix well with hands.
Divide into 4 rolls.
Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 24 hours.
Remove plastic and place on rack.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
