Multigrain Buttermilk Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/4 c. brown rice flour
    1/4 c. blue corn meal
    1/4 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. uncooked Quaker oats
    1 c. orange juice
    3 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    4 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Mix oats and orange juice.
    Then mix in all other ingredients except blueberries.
    Fold in berries.
    Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
    Bake at 400\u00b0
    for 15 minutes.
    I use the large sized muffin tins and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Makes 2 dozen regular or 1 dozen large muffins.
