Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 c. rice
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 c. fine diced celery
1 button garlic, diced
1 tsp. allspice
salt and pepper to taste
1 can tomato sauce
Preparation
-
Scald cabbage leaves.
Mix ingredients together and roll in leaves.
Pin together with toothpicks.
Place in pan and pour tomato sauce over them.
Bake in moderate oven about 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
