Mama Weaver'S Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 c. warm water
    1 c. scalded milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    10 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1 cup water; add remaining water and milk. Beat in eggs and add sugar, shortening, salt and flour.
    Mix well. Let rise 1 hour.
    Roll out to 1/2-inch thick and spread with margarine, sugar and cinnamon.
    Roll in large roll; cut desired widths to make rolls.
    Place in buttered pans.
    Let rise 45 minutes.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Top with powdered sugar icing.
