Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced and cored apples
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Place sliced apples into pie dish.
    Sprinkle lemon juice on top.
    Mix all remaining ingredients until crumbly, not oily. Spread this mixture over apples.
    Bake in pie pan for 30 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
