Sunday Baked Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 fully cooked smoked ham (about 5 lb.)
    whole cloves
    1 c. jellied cranberry sauce
    2 Tbsp. thawed frozen orange juice concentrate
    1/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    pinch of ground cloves
Preparation
    Place ham on rack in roasting pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Trim excess fat and rind with a sharp knife.
    Score fat in a diamond pattern; insert cloves where points meet.
    In a small saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, orange juice, brown sugar and vinegar.
    Simmer 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Brush glaze on ham.
    Return to oven.
    Bake 1 hour, brushing with glaze every 15 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
