2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. corn meal
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans (optional)
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion (optional)
2 chopped tomatoes
green chile (optional)

1 pkg. taco sauce mix
shredded cheese
shredded lettuce
Preparation

Mix Bisquick and water.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle corn meal in pan.
Wet fingers and pat Bisquick dough into pan. If using refried beans, spread beans on.
Brown ground beef.
Add water and seasoning according to directions on back of taco mix. Add onion, tomatoes and green chili.
Spread beef mixture over beans.
Bake for 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Cut into large, cake-size pieces.
Top with remaining ingredients.
