Hobo Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    6 large potatoes, thinly sliced
    2 large onions, sliced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 lb. sharp cheese, grated
Preparation
    Press ground beef into bottom of 2 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with milk, salt and
    pepper.
    Layer potatoes, onions, soup and cheese on top. Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
