Fresh Peach Sauce With Grand Marnier - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    3 peaches peeled, pitted and thinly sliced
    1 to 2 Tbsp. Grand Marnier
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    In a microwave container, combine 1/4 cup water with sugar, lemon juice and vanilla.
    Microwave on High for 2 to 4 minutes or until boiling rapidly.
    Stir in peaches and Grand Marnier. Chill.
    Serve over ice cream.
    Serves 4.
