Cheese Meat Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine beef, egg, bread crumbs, onion, 1/3 cup tomato sauce, salt, oregano and pepper; mix well.
    Shape into a flat rectangle, about 10 x 12, on waxed paper.
    Sprinkle cheese evenly over rectangle, roll up like a jelly roll and press ends of roll to seal.
    Bake in a shallow baking dish at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour; drain off fat.
    Pour remaining tomato sauce over roll and bake additional 15 minutes.
