Hamburger Roll-Ups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
8 to 10 slices bacon
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
1 c. shredded cheese
3 Tbsp. ketchup
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine the hamburger, onion, egg, cheese, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; mix well.
Shape into patties 1-inch thick.
Place 1 slice of bacon around each patty, securing with a toothpick.
Broil about 5 minutes on each side until done.
