Leek Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch leeks or 2 to 3 bunches small green onions
    1 1/2 qt. chicken broth
    1 tsp. salt
    black pepper to taste
    4 medium potatoes, chopped
    1 can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except milk, in a large saucepan and simmer 40 minutes.
    Add milk just before serving.
    Serve with cornbread.
