Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3/4 c. white Karo syrup
1/4 c. water
2 c. raw peanuts
2 tsp. soda
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix sugar, syrup, water and peanuts in a skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until peanuts pop. Add soda and quickly stir well. Pour onto cookie sheet which has been greased with butter. Smooth with back of spoon. Break into pieces when cool.
