Macaroni And Cheese(To Serve 100) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 qt. macaroni
    3 3/4 gal. water
    2 oz. salt (3 Tbsp.)
    3/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. plain flour
    1/4 c. salt
    2 gal. hot milk
    6 lb. 4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook macaroni; drain.
    Melt butter.
    Blend flour and salt. Stir in milk.
    Cook and stir until thickened.
    Add cheese to milk sauce.
    Mix macaroni and cheese sauce.
    Pour into greased baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until brown.
    Serves 100.
