Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 lb. beef roast
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 soup can water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    In Dutch oven, place beef and cover with onion mix, mushroom soup and water.
    Cover tightly; bake 3 1/2 hours or until tender when tested with a fork.
    If desired, 1 hour before roast is done add one ten ounce can of water, potatoes, and carrots.
