Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large boxes cherry jello
    6 c. boiling water
    4 c. whole fresh cranberries
    2 apples (tart), unpeeled
    3 oranges plus 1/4 c. juice
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. nuts, finely chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Grind berries, apples and oranges.
    Stir in sugar and let set while dissolving jello in hot water.
    Chill jello until partially set.
    Add to fruit mixture and refrigerate to congeal.
