Hot Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 slices bacon, chopped
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
3/4 tsp. mustard
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. paprika
5 c. shredded cabbage
Preparation

Fry bacon until crisp; remove from drippings and set aside. Add all other ingredients, except cabbage.
Cook until thickened. Add cabbage; stir, top with bacon and serve.
