Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
3/4 c. milk
3 Tbsp. chopped onion
4 Tbsp. melted butter
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg, mixed
1/4 c. flour, mixed
1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Roll into balls; brown in frying pan. Put into casserole dish and pour 1 can consomme soup over top. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
