Stewed Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. medium or large shrimp
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 can cream of celery soup (add water if needed)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. Old Bay
    1 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. red or white wine
Preparation
    Add water if needed.
    Over medium heat, saute vegetables until cooked.
    Peel and devein shrimp.
    Cut in pieces.
    Mix with vegetables until shrimp are pink.
    Add soups.
    Add Old Bay and pepper.
    Let simmer 5 minutes.
    Add wine.
    Serve over rice or grits.
    Serves 10.
