Norwegian Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar (half white, half brown)
1/2 c. flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. diced apples
nutmeg
cinnamon
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine dry ingredients.
Stir well.
Beat in egg and vanilla with whisk.
Stir in apples.
When mix becomes thick, spoon it into a buttered pie plate (8 or 9-inches) evenly. Sprinkle a little sugar on top.
Bake 30 minutes.
