Nicaraugan Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato soup
1 can tomato sauce
1 clove garlic
1 small onion, minced
3/4 large sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. wide noodles, cooked and drained
grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown and drain beef.
Cook first five ingredients together. Mix cream cheese and sour cream together.
Layer noodles, cheese mixture and beef mixture.
Repeat layers and top with grated Cheddar cheese.
Bake until bubbly at 350\u00b0.
