Quick Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
6 slices bread, cubed
4 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Heat milk. Add salt, brown sugar and eggs.
Stir vigorously. Add vanilla and
remaining sugar. Butter sides and bottom of glass baking dish or casserole.
Put cubed bread in dish.
Pour milk mixture over bread and level off.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
