Mango Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    3/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. diced mangoes
    1 Tbsp. lime juice (optional)
Preparation
    Stir together the flour, baking soda, sugar, cinnamon and salt.
    Stir in eggs and oil.
    Add remaining ingredients and pour into 1 buttered loaf pan (9 x 5 x 2 1/2-inches).
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
