Ingredients

2 scant c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. fresh strawberries, chopped
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and set aside.
In a separate, larger bowl, cream the sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs, then cream and vanilla.
Stir dry ingredients into liquid mixture quickly until just moistened. Fold in berries and nuts.
Pour batter into greased and floured 8 x 4-inch loaf pan and bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 60 minutes.
