Cauliflower-Ham Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. partially cooked cauliflower or 20 oz. pkg. frozen, thawed and drained
    1 1/4 c. finely cooked ham, chopped
    1 (11 oz.) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
    1/4 c. milk
    2/3 c. Bisquick
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. grated nutmeg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Arrange cauliflower in rectangular baking dish.
    Sprinkle with ham.
    Beat soup and milk until smooth; pour over ham.
    Mix remaining ingredients until crumbly.
    Sprinkle over soup mixture.
    Bake until topping is golden brown, about 20 minutes.
    Serves 8.
